Alia Hall (PhD ABD, Scientific & Technical Communication, University of Central Florida) is an AI governance researcher and consultant helping institutions adopt AI responsibly. Through research-based training and consulting, she helps higher education leaders develop practical policies, faculty guidance, and human-centered oversight for AI use in teaching, research, and institutional operations.


Her work focuses on human-in-the-loop governance, ensuring that AI strengthens human decision-making while reducing ethical and institutional risk.
